Thanks for your help Daniele, the server and the client seem to be attempting to connect now. I have also attached the output from the debug sccip. ![]() I alchanged the server address to the loopback address of the UC540 and the uername now reflects the extesion Im attempting to assign. There appears to be a lot more output now in the debugs. And now I see the request coming from the appropiate extension number. Service-control mechanism is not supported The error messge I reieve is :Ġ16329: Jul 4 16:51:58.738: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/SIP/Msg/ccsipDisplayMsg: ![]() There are some Mac users that would like to use a softphone with the UC540 hence this effort. The particular UC540 already has a number of Cisco 7900 series phones registered using the default cisco protocol SCCP and is working with no problems. ![]() Im trying to register an iSoftphone Pro Mac softphone client with the UC540.
